Description:	bin package should contain mhiconv.dll and other dependencies

2018-01-16 17:20 AEST by Arthur Barrett - When we previously shipped the -bin.zip package, we also created a 'dependencies' zip containing mhiconv 
and openssl.

Since we don't create the dependencies zip anymore it would be easier if the -bin.zip contained these 
'missing' files.
