Description:	enh: linux: use flatpak rather than native installers (or as alternative?)

2017-05-19 10:38 AEST by Arthur Barrett - Flatpak is a new 'multi-linux' install system.  A bit like innosetup for windows.

For our 'main' Linux supported platforms, using the native installer is probably best - but maybe for 2nd tier 
systems then something like this could be useful...
