1.) Crystal Reports in .rpt format.
2.) Microsoft Access in .mdb format.
3.) Inspire Designer workflow definition file in .wfd format.

The MS Access Database and Inspire Designer are probably obvious ones.

Crystal reports and Uniface Reports are both .rpt - but it could also be a common filename extension in linux 
etc for just a text file...
