2016-12-01 21:24 AEST by Arthur Barrett - When you look at the digital certificate of CVS Suite 2009R2 MSI, you may get an error and the event
log will show:
win: event 4101 CAPI: Failed auto update retrieval of third-party root certificate
The certificate shows:
One of the countersignatures is not valid. The file may have been altered.
This is a known Microsoft bug:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2328240
After using the manual instructions (above MS article) reboot the PC and then view the MSI file's
certificate again and all should be OK. |
