2016-06-21 09:48 AEST by Arthur Barrett - The CVSGUI protocol in the WinCVS project is more recent than in the CVSNT 
project.

This includes the protocol documentation and also the source code, eg: 
cvsgui_process.cpp

There are signs of activity on the CVSNT CVSGUI protocol from the CVSNT 2.6 
and EVS 3.1 projects - but nothing of much significance, wheras the changes in 
WinCVS seem more substantial.

These should be 'copied' in to CVSNT and the Doxygen documentaiton built as 
part of a normal build.  Also see web site bug 7032
