2015-06-30 11:17 AEST by Arthur Barrett - If we had digital signature support in CVSNT (or EVS) [bug 6141] then in theory we can implement a digital 
signature workflow aka docusign or adobe document cloud.  This would be done with bug 5259 (bugzilla 
lite for CVSNT) and bug 5258 (cvsweb/viewcvs for CVSNT) and implemented in cvscontrol / cvsmanager.

One of the interesting things that DocuSign does is allow you do download the 'signed' document as a 
PDF, and it attaches at the end extra pages listing the history of the document, and particularly the 
date/time of when things were signed.
