* User installs the trial version client and server
* User uninstalls the trial version
* User installs the licensed client only 
* Time passes beyond the trial license expiration

Then they will get the following message in commit dialog:

cvs commit:  Your trial edition of CVS Suite Client will expire in 0 days
<<<<

Proposed workaround:

The resolution will be all on your client:

* Uninstall CVS Suite
* Restart
* Install CVS Suite Client AND Server
* Restart

At this point you should be able to successfully commit to your server.

* (optional) Re-run the installer to remove the server portion
