Description:  Add Email Trigger option to output date/time for another time zone

2012-09-22 01:48 AEST by Glen Starrett - Currently the email trigger will substitute an event date & time with the [date]
template field, but only in GMT time.

A user has requested a feature to be added to the email trigger to output the
date/time as a different time zone.  For example, the server local time, or
maybe with a different field like [date-local] or [date-5] (for GMT-5) or
[date:CST].
