support CVSNT protocols, but this bug is to track specific 'CVSNT' client 
features that the Eclipse plugin should support.

Initial list (client features):
* should report that it is eclipse, and the eclipse version
* send md5 when update/diff
* send codepage (always unicode?)
* support CVSNT keywords (ku, kB)
