Description:  enh: show reserved? for each server repo in cvs info -v -r

could use to inform their choices.  eg: the TCVS read only flag could be on by default if the repo is 
'reserved.

This information is actually 'set' in cvswrappers.  So a repo is 'reserved' if the cvswrappers contains * k+x
