2011-11-15 13:32 AEST by Arthur Barrett - The CVSNT project has generally discouraged users from modifying messages. This should still be the
case, but if a customer really requires users be allowed to modify their commit messages, provided that a
suitable warning is given, shouldn't they be allowed to?

2011-11-16 01:45 AEST by Glen Starrett - Changing BugID would be useful as well (e.g. a forgotten bugID, or a wrong one).
However this also has implications on the defect integration -- assuming this
is a "change" or "delete" rather than a "add" do you locate & modify/remove the
old posting to the bug, leave it there, or add another entry saying that the
change was moved to another bug?
Might be easier to implement a change of bugid as a rollback of the change
against the "current" bugid and a commit to the "new" bugid, maybe??
