Description:  client: backport crlf_mode from 2.5.05

2011-11-08 08:38 AEST by Arthur Barrett - Tony spend a bit of time trying to improve the use of crlf files on linux and 
lf files on windows.  This seems to have resulted in the use of crlf_mode 
rather than CRLF_DEFAULT throughout the code (eg: rcs.cpp). 

Should we try and port this change over to 2.8?
