* deployment of server to EC2 (linux or windows)
  -- would registry or /etc/cvsnt require a EBS (persistent storage)
* storage of RCS files on S3
  -- would we need to layer a filesystem on top of S3, or could the HTTP be fast enough really?
* EVS storage, or CVSNT/EVS audit stored to RDS (which supports Oracle 11g) or SQL Azure?


If we wanted to provide our own 'hosting' services, we could do it via cvs.cvsnt.org, hosted on a linux 
EC2 instance with EBS.  We'd just need to add:
* authentication to Netsuite -- see bug 6305
* repository management -- eg: how much storage am I using, when is this due for renewal?
