Description:	win: server: change server name, server name remains same

Actions:

2011-05-18 11:16 AEST by Arthur Barrett - change the server name in the CVSNT Server Control Panel (on the repositories tab) and reboot, the 
server name as published by MDNS and seen in CVS Suite Studio remains the same.

Change the actual server name in the System Control panel, reboot, and the server name in CVS Suite 
Studio changes.

The server name published and displayed in CVS Suite Studio should be the name.
