2011-05-18 05:17 AEST by Arthur Barrett - When you create a new repository in CVSNT Server Control Panel, if the 'Run As User' is set to the default 
'Client User' setting then the control panel should display a message:

 "remember to set the NTFS permissions on the new repository to allow client users 
read/write/update/delete access..."
