I'm not sure what clients do not send this.  Does Eclipse?  Does CVS 1.10?

If the client sends 'EntriesExtra' as a supported response then we assume it's
CVSNT (no idea what version).

So if the client has not sent EntriesExtra as a supported response we know it's
CVS 1.x, Eclipse or something else like that...
