integration is disabled', 'encourage community participation' and 'crashdump 
handler'.

A customer has suggested that rather than a simple 'do not show this dialog 
again' option that a 'wait period' could be set.  

This would be good to set globally for all 'timout dialogs' - with a minimum 
accepted value of 5 seconds.  I'm not sure if a maximum value should also be 
set - or maybe -1 understood as 'do not automatically dismiss'.
