If a client like Eclipse ignores or modifies the Entries sent back by the add then the commit to the server 
uses the 'modified' entries including the kopt.

Fixing this in CVSNT has been discussed before and considered too difficult - but in EVS it seems to be 
possibly as 'simple' as a call to wrap_rcsoption() in server_register(), could something similar be an option 
in CVSNT?
