The 'don't resolve client names' NoReverseDns feature can be enabled on the 
server if the lookups are taking too long (bug4633) however the client user is 
not necessarily aware of why the server is so slow.

The server should warn if the DNS is taking too long and advise the client user 
to request someone enable noreversedns.

read and the code didn't work too well anyway.  Removing target.  Resolving to
