2007-05-31 00:59 AEST by Glen Starrett - The documentation doesn't have much info on setting up particular schemes with
chacl and lsacl. Could use some information on non-propagating ACL entries.
For these examples, the repository contains "foo" and "bar" modules. User is a
developer on the "foo" project.
Example 1, how to set up a repository where everyone can read the names of root
modules, but can only read the contents of specific modules. User should see
both "foo" and "bar", but only be able to see the contents of "foo".
Example 2, how to set up a repository where only users on a project can see the
project even exists. In this case, user should only be able to see "foo"
project and not see any entry for "bar". |
